About this class

You're on your way to your well-earned vacation. Full of anticipation and far removed from the reality of your work. But then everything changes. Suddenly you find yourself on Dream Island and face a variety of challenges. Your vacation planned just for you will necessarily result in a new group constellation with unexpected tasks. The creative compass must be reconfigured so that the journey comes to a good end.

What you’ll do in the class

Part 1: Interactive audio story
Objectives: Arrive · Introspection · Ice Breaker

You take on the role of a traveler and use an interactive audio play to explore your relationship to work, your abilities and wishes.

Part 2: Simulation game
goals: Encourage creativity · Make team dynamics visible

In a playful scenario, tasks are distributed, rules are negotiated and cooperation is tested. Group dynamics and roles can be consciously experienced.

Part 3: Joint reflection
Objectives: Transfer to everyday working life

What has been experienced is evaluated together and transferred to specific situations in everyday working life.
