About this class
In this workshop, you will learn the classic basics of paper art “quilling”. Delicate Christmas motifs, cards and small gift tags are created from narrow strips of paper. You'll learn how to roll, shape and combine the strips to create your own compositions. This is how creative unique items are created to give away or keep.
What you’ll do in the class
- At the beginning, you will receive an introduction to the basics of quilling and learn how to use tools and strips of paper. This is also easy to make yourself.
- You will then practice various basic shapes such as spirals, drops and leaves, which are then put together to form small motifs.
- Step by step, you can create your own Christmas cards or pendants from them.
- Finally, the work is refined and prepared to take away.
