How does the chocolate workshop work?
In small groups, different types of pralines are made using high quality ingredients and a variety of methods. Questions will be answered by the master confectioner. The chocolates are finished and decorated in different ways, so that in the end different flavours are combined with different looks. Finally, the pralines will be nicely draped and can be photographed to complete the recipes. At the end, the chocolates will be distributed among the participants!
