Portrait photography: in the studio! Masterclass in Hanover

On the way to good portrait photos, I offer the Portrait Photography: in the Studio workshop. In this masterclass, we are making progress towards “setting light” and dealing with people in front of the camera. That's why we “work” with flashes and light formers in my small photo studio... but above all with a model.

In this photo workshop, we will build and try out various small sets together. With simple, affordable things, we get to know some of the possibilities of portrait photography under “studio conditions” in a very practical way. And reproduce: because technology and sets can also be easily used later on for their own further steps. — Of course, all participants should be familiar with how to operate their camera and the interplay of aperture, exposure time and sensitivity. In the portrait photography workshop: in the studio, we want to practice getting along with a little more technology and a little more model (this is where human aspects such as atmosphere and “model guidance” come into play). Our model actually makes it easier to get interesting photos. But we have to address it correctly for that.

With a maximum of six participants, everyone has enough time to take pictures... and vice versa, I always have enough time to be able to answer individual questions.
Our attractive and patient model has now often stood in front of the camera... and she also has experience working with photographers 🙂 — If necessary, the photos can also be used for your own portfolio afterwards.
