What you’ll do in the class
After an aperitivo, a few antipasti and a bit of history about Emilia-Romagna and its cuisine, we will dive into the production of several typical types of pasta with you. We will explain everything to you step by step and provide you with valuable tips. Later, you'll get your pasta for dinner - with good wines from Emilia-Romagna and non-alcoholic drinks. The evening is rounded off with a delicious dessert.
