About this class
Dive into the world of handmade pasta in our noodle making workshop.
We cook 3 different types of pasta. The noodles are rolled by hand using traditional methods.
The “busiate”, a typical pasta from Trapani with tomato pesto, garlic, almonds and cheese;
ravioli filled with ricotta cheese and eggplant sauce;
Spaghetti alla carrettiera, a recipe from the Valle del Platani region that includes a seasoning based on oil, raw garlic, pepper and grated pecorino cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and much more;
This menu may vary depending on the season.
What you’ll do in the class
Start a culinary journey with our Sicilian cooking classes and events.
Discover Sicily's rich history, culture, and symbolism through the art of Sicilian cuisine.
From traditional dishes to a variety of variations, our courses offer a comprehensive experience.
With a duration of 3 to 4 hours, participants dive into the culinary traditions of Sicily.
We'll provide everything you need and ensure a seamless experience, including a welcome drink, UNLIMITED Sicilian red and white wine, shots, and water throughout the course.
At the end of the course, each participant receives a recipe booklet with all the information provided during the course by e-mail.
Ideal as a dinner event with friends, your partner and especially great for solo travelers;
During our public courses, you will indeed meet new people and make great contacts through food.
We also offer private events such as team building and corporate events, bachelor parties, weddings, birthdays and any occasion that you would like to celebrate with an authentic taste of Sicily in the heart of the city.
