About this class
Lasagna, tagliatelle, ravioli, tortelloni — fresh pasta dough is made faster and easier than you think. Filled with walnuts, sage, pine nuts, cheese, tomatoes or eggplant, ravioli and tortellini become delights. Impress your guests in the blink of an eye.
How does the cooking class work?
As a welcome, there is a glass of prosecco for everyone. The cooking class then lasts around 4 hours, during which each group prepares a 3-course menu. Great sauces are prepared for homemade pasta. After cooking, we will eat together. You will receive helpful tips while cooking so that you can also recook the recipes at home alone or with your loved ones.
