About this class
Try the spices at home and we'll tell you how you can refine your own kitchen with the spices and interesting background information. The seminar is aimed at chefs, amateur chefs and housewives and men. We'll show you that with a little imagination, you can turn everyday food into true culinary experiences. Let yourself be impressed and enchanted by culinary delights.
This small selection is an introduction to the world of high-quality spices. To test the spices, we recommend keeping some bread, butter, dip, cheese and various types of vegetables ready to try and maybe start with a glass of sparkling wine. This allows you to intensively enjoy the variety of aromas. Everyone has the opportunity to share questions, comments and suggestions with us and the participants during the online meeting.
The basis of the online spice seminar is our spice box, in which we have put together 12 different spices (pepper, salts, solo and mixed spices) and the olive wood mini mortar for you. Here you can also find the access code for the online tasting.
