Class description

Ayurveda combines pleasure and mindfulness, because foods in Ayurvedic cuisine are also considered remedies that strengthen health and happiness. In our online Ayurveda cooking course, you will learn the basics of this traditional diet with seasonal references very easily in everyday life.

What is the process of the online Ayurveda cooking course?

Five days before the appointment, we will send you the shopping list, recipes and the zoom link by email. It is best to buy the groceries for the recipes the day before the course and prepare the necessary steps, which are explained in the handout.

On the day of the event, it is best to provide all the bowls and kitchen tools that you will need for the online course and don't forget to prepare a good tea or juice or whatever you want. Because cooking itself is also a pleasure.

What are we going to do in the course?

Martin will dedicate the first half hour of the course to the basic principles of Ayurveda and give you a brief insight into this fascinating topic. Today, it's not just about cooking, but about combining the right diet with the right season. Then it's time to cook!

  • Today, you are cooking a menu based on Ayurveda nutrition, which could include these components as examples:
    • cilantro lemongrass broth with spelt noodles and cardamom panneer
    • Coconut cauliflower chickpea stew with ginger tahini dressing
    • Savoy fenugreek patties with beetroot chestnut mash and orange mango chutney
    • Beetroot and Jerusalem artichoke salad with mandarin and walnut vinaigrette
  • The following questions are also addressed:
    • How is Ayurveda linked to yoga and how can I eat accordingly?
    • What is Sattvian cuisine all about and can you integrate it into everyday life in a timely, undogmatic and pragmatic way through Ayurveda?
    • And why isn't Sattva everything?

I'll see you. Until then, enjoy the sun and life.
