This course gives you insights into the modern world of mixology.
Here we learn how to prepare new interpretations of classics and funky drinks.
In this class, we mix:
- A fruity seasonal gin and sour variation
- Cocktail classics such as Old Fashioned or Martini in a new look
- Unknown worlds (a drink with the exciting spirits pisco or mezcal)
- Mandarin cake tiramisu (reinterpretation of espresso martini)
