About this class
Chaussons aux fries are a dream come true. A classic French bakery made from puff pastry. I met her many years ago in a rural school home in the Loire Valley and loved her directly, as did everyone else in the class. That is why I am particularly pleased to be able to offer this course here.
You can also use the puff pastry itself for many other pastries, such as pies, puff pastry bags and snails. It doesn't matter whether sweet or salty and depends on the filling. Simply freeze in portions and remove when needed.

At least one week before the course starts, you will receive an email with the recipe with detailed instructions, a shopping list for the ingredients and a list of all necessary kitchen appliances that we need. You should get and weigh all ingredients together with the appliances.
In this baking course, you will learn how to make puff pastry step by step. From dough to tourizing to apple filling and baking, you'll learn everything. By the way: You can stock up on the chaussons very well, as they can be frozen very well as longer as dough pieces.
