In this popular Viennese cooking class, you'll learn the secrets of traditional Austrian home cooking. Together with a local, you will cook classic dishes such as Viennese potato soup, crispy schnitzel with potato cucumber salad and freshly baked apple strudel. You'll learn more about the history of recipes, actively prepare each dish yourself and enjoy your home-cooked menu at the end. What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome and introduction to Austrian cuisine
- Presentation of the menu and explanation of all ingredients
- Cooking meals together (2 or 3 courses depending on group size)
- Menu: potato soup, chicken schnitzel with cucumber potato salad, apple strudel
- Every participant is actively involved in cooking
- Eating prepared dishes together
- Completion and presentation of a prescription booklet
