Dive into the world of organic viticulture and discover our organic wines at a moderated wine tasting with young winemaker and oenologist Jana Kopp! In a relaxed atmosphere, Jana presents a selection of our handmade organic wines and gives exciting insights into organic wine production and working in the vineyard. Find out why our winery opted for organic farming back in 1992, what makes organic viticulture special and how the generational change was shaped at the Kopp winery. For the perfect treat, we serve cheese cubes, fresh bread, grape juice and mineral water.
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome and presentation of Kopp Winery
- Tasting of 6 different organic wines from our own range
- Technical presentation by Jana Kopp with exciting insights into:
- Organic wine production and organic farming
- Working in the vineyard and cellar
- Opportunity to ask questions and deepen wine knowledge
- Accompanying: cheese cubes, bread, grape juice and mineral water
