In addition, we get an informative insight into the various wine styles, wine regions, grape varieties and the winemakers who stand behind these wines. At the same time, however, we would like this to be combined with lots of enjoyment and fun and provide space for your individual questions. What you’ll do in the class
We will explain to you how this selection of wine accompaniment to the menu came about and how you will make a good wine selection for your dishes for yourself or your guests in the future. In our presentation, you will learn background information about the winemakers who produced these wines, the grape varieties and growing regions. You would like to answer questions such as: How do I find my favorite wine? Why do I like one wine and not the other? Are expensive wines always good? How can I distinguish and describe wines? If you wish, we can clarify this and much more. We are here for you and, in addition to the wonderful menu and the beautiful wines, we are open to any questions you may have.
