About this class

Eating healthily despite office stress? Meal prep makes it possible — and together it's even easier.

In this meal prep workshop, you will learn how to cleverly prepare your office catering: delicious, flexible, suitable for everyday use — and without a canteen dilemma.

The bakery on the way to work? You can safely skip if your own packed lunch is already waiting. Even the chocolate bar trap in the tea kitchen loses its appeal when healthy alternatives are available.

Included: a modular 5-day plan, smart shopping lists, kitchen and storage hacks — without rigid rules, but with enough structure so that everyone in the team finds the right solution.

What you’ll do in the class

You will be greeted with a fresh Mimosa and a little foretaste of our delightful team day

Then let's take a look at your everyday office life together: Where do typical food traps lurk? Which routines are not working (yet)? And how can healthy eating be made easier in everyday team work?

After a compact piece of theory, we'll open our pantry and show you how clever storage works: Which ingredients are worthwhile, how to combine them sensibly — and how to store everything correctly so that it stays fresh, organized and within easy reach.

You will then cook five dishes suitable for everyday use in small teams — supplemented by breakfast ideas, snacks (hearty & sweet) and smart after-work options.

Finally, we'll make you comfortable: We'll eat together, play our mix & match — and, if you like, toast your new meal prep level with a glass of wine or spritz.

Who is the class suitable for?

For everyone who wants to eat healthier, more consciously and sustainably — without constantly having to ask themselves what is being cooked today. For anyone who wants to resist temptations around the office because they know: It can also be easier and tastier. And for everyone who finally wants to organize themselves better — not perfect, but suitable for everyday use.

The course is plant-based but open to all types of diet. Many ingredients can be flexibly replaced — whether gluten-free, lactose-free or even with animal products. Just as diverse as you are.
