In this course, you will learn how to organize your everyday kitchen in such a way that it saves time and money, is delicious and flexible.

The bakery on the way to work? Leave it alone in the future, because your prepared treats are already waiting for you. And you also calmly avoid temptations in the office kitchen.
Included: a 5-day plan for delicious meals in a modular system, clever shopping lists, storage and kitchen hacks without dogma, but with enough structure to give you the choice every day.

What you’ll do in the class

You'll be greeted with a fresh smoothie — as a small foretaste of what's to come.
Then let's take a look at your everyday life together: Where are you right now, what are your typical hurdles — and what should your diet look like in the future?

After a hard piece of theory, we'll open our pantry and show you how clever storage works: Which ingredients are worthwhile, how to combine them sensibly — and above all, how to properly pack and store them so that everything stays fresh, organized and ready for your everyday life.

We then cook our way through 5 days with dishes suitable for everyday use — plus ideas for breakfast, dinner and snacks (hearty & sweet), which we will of course all try together at the end.

For anyone who wants to eat more consciously and sustainably — without constantly having to ask themselves what will be cooked for the next few days. For everyone who wants to resist temptations around the office because they know: It can also be healthier, tastier and more varied.

For everyone who wants to produce less packaging waste, as everything is freshly prepared even when prepping and a large part of packaging can be easily avoided. And for everyone who wants to worry less in the end, because the time savings from meal prepping can be enormous.

The course is plant-based but open to all types of diet. Many ingredients can be flexibly replaced — whether gluten-free, lactose-free or even with animal products. At home, you cook just the way you need it, because Meal Prep should suit you, not the other way around!
