About this class
Personality tests attract many people, but the result usually disappears quickly into a drawer, as an evaluation as a PDF is barely tangible. It's different with MapsTell! In our behavioral analysis, participants receive their personal overview of the “world of differences,” a map showing characteristics and behaviours as cities, mountains, ships, beaches and perhaps even volcanoes.
In our workshop, you experience this “world of differences” physically by being able to place yourself in your own “home area” on a large soil map. This is how you discover places in your own home country, but also in the homes of other people. Together, we experience different perspectives and perspectives on the world and thus create a new understanding of other people.
What you’ll do in the class
First, we collect your individual style in the MapsTell Behavioral Preferences Questionnaire. This is done online in preparation for the course. A workshop will then take place, in which we will initially focus on the individual perception of the participants. We see from which different “glasses” we look at our surroundings.
We then develop the associative cartography of the “world of differences”, on which the characteristics of various behavioral styles as places are marked on a accessible map. We discover and experience the various behavioral preferences together.
At the end of the workshop, participants receive their personal maps of their own behavioral preferences and characteristics. These are explored together. We discover one or the other “blind spots” and unknown areas.
With a goal in mind and a good feeling about the journey they have traveled, participants start their personal transformation or next adventure.
