Class description
The cuisine of Latin America and the Caribbean is characterized by different cultures and diverse products. This means that every dish has its own special features in terms of aromas, smells, colors and preparation. Potatoes, corn, onions, avocado, lucuma and guarana are the most distinctive products of South and Central America. Not to forget chilies and tomatoes, which rank high in traditional Latin American cuisine.
This evening, we will embark on a culinary journey through Latin America and prepare exotic dishes.
How does the course work?
The cooking class lasts approximately 3-4 hours. The group is divided into smaller groups, each of which prepares their own course. After cooking, we will all eat together. During the course, you will receive lots of useful tips and great recipes to cook at home.
