Structural art workshop in Leipzig: Be creative together
In this workshop, you will not only get a creative break as a joint team experience and access to art, but you will also learn how to create fascinating surfaces and patterns using textured paste, tools and natural materials. You are also experimenting with natural pigments and sand to incorporate colors and special consistencies into your own work.
After a brief introduction, I'll show you various techniques with which you can create various structures on canvas - from fine lines to organic shapes. You will have space to try things out and work intuitively, with guidance and assistance. This workshop does not focus on the perfect end result, but on the process and trying things out together.
Whether as a creative team event, a special break with friends or as an introduction to a new hobby — this workshop invites you to get creative together and enjoy the process.

- Living structures made from simple materials: In this workshop, we work with structural paste, texturing tools and natural materials such as sand and pigments on canvas. You will discover how living structures and patterns are created from simple materials — inspired by nature such as stone, sand and organic forms.
- Creative expression and self-effectiveness: This workshop invites you to try yourself out and get to know and use art as a form of communication - completely without pressure and with plenty of space for your own expression. You can design, discover and experience how much is IN YOU and create your own work of art in the process.
- Team event: Getting creative together connects — you discover new creative techniques, inspire each other and design side by side. It is not about perfection, but about the joint process — laughing, trying out, experiencing. In the end, you not only take your own work of art with you, but also a special experience that strengthens and brings you together as a team
What you’ll do in the class
Greeting:
Arrive relaxed - the room is already prepared and the materials are ready for you. We start with a short introduction to the possibilities of structural art and what awaits you during your time together.
Materials & techniques:
You will learn various tools, materials, techniques and how to use putty. I'll show you how to create natural structures on canvas - with spatula, sponge and more.
Workshop:
After the introduction, you can try things out right away: You experiment with shapes and textures (textured paste, sand, fabric) and then work on your own work of art. Everyone works at their own pace — it is about the joy of doing, not about achievement.
Food & drink: Drinks and snacks are available
for a short break in between. You can use it when you feel like it.
End of course: At the
end, we'll look at the works together and you'll then take home your own work of art and a shared experience.
