Awakening everyone's artistic sensibility, breaking down barriers, creating something together and having fun — these are the main goals of our team building activities. At l'Esquisse, we invite you to leave the usual tools aside and equip yourself with pens, brushes, paints, and materials for a moment of discovery and letting go!
What are we doing at our artistic team building workshop in Berlin?
In this 3.30 to 4 hour concept, you are invited to rediscover your creativity and experience a unique moment by creating two works of art, one of which is collective. In the two main activities as well as in the short warm-up exercises, you will have the opportunity to discover various artistic tools and media, let your artistic sensibility run wild and enjoy working together in a positive environment.
In the first part of the session, we work with the concept of portrait, but... abstract! It allows you to unlock forms and formats and to create compositions that question the line between abstract and figurative art. In the second part, you transform yourself into real artists and use large and small brushes to create a painting on canvas together that embodies the company's values.
The best thing about it? You can take it with you afterwards!
