Class description
In the DIY workshop, which is suitable for absolute beginners, you make a seat cushion yourself. A wooden frame (approx. 30x40 cm) is upholstered from the ground up: with straps, linen, foam and upholstery wadding. The seat is then covered with an upholstery fabric of your choice - a wide selection of which is available.
The seat cushion fits perfectly on a small mineral water crate or a standard beer crate, for example. By installing four furniture legs and decorating with a border, you can “pimp” the upholstery into an individual ottoman! Feet and braids are available in the connected shop for an additional charge and while supplies last, or you can simply bring something yourself! :)
You try out various hand and electric staplers, clamp lifters, hammers, etc. until you find the ideal hand tool for you.
The course fees include the workpiece, material costs, drinks and snacks.
