Spring and Easter go together like the color of Easter eggs. Together we create a perfect Easter menu based on white trout and Easter lamb. The first signs of spring, such as asparagus and wild garlic, should of course not be missing from this menu.
What is the process?
There is a small welcome aperitif. In the cooking class, you will then learn the best techniques for preparing meat, fish & vegetables. You will also get all the tips and tricks and the theoretical knowledge about the ingredients of spring & Easter. After the cooking class, you will receive all recipes by email so that nothing stands in the way of cooking.
