What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome and brief introduction to Italian cuisine
- How to prepare fresh pasta dough
- Fill and layer the lasagna with various ingredients (meat, fish, vegetables)
- Preparation and filling of cannelloni
- Preparation of Crespelle as a sophisticated alternative
- Cooking together and a final meal with soft drinks and espresso
Who is the class suitable for?
The course is ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking and is enthusiastic about Italian cuisine — beginners as well as amateur chefs are welcome.
