The diverse cuisine of the countless countries on the Asian continent has a long, complex and flavorful history, spanning many different cultures that make up 30% of the world's land mass. It's impossible for us to share all the things we love in a cooking class. That is why we present here our favorite recipes that we have come across over the years.
The cooking techniques and recipes presented should serve as inspiration to give your cooked dishes an Asian touch with fine spices and ingredients. While cooking and eating together, you learn a little bit about the different cultures that influence the recipes.

How does this activity work?
- After a champagne reception and greetings from Bonvivant Cocktail Bistro star cuisine, you will go on an exciting journey through creative vegetable cuisine together with our kitchen professionals.
- Using various recipes, their complexity and technical challenges, you will learn the necessary skills and abilities on the topics described and prepare delicious dishes. All participants learn the most important methods of preparing the components, but focus on individual recipes in smaller groups so that everyone can eat a wonderful menu together at the end.
- Of course, there are delicious drinks and no one goes home hungry.
