Let go — flow — be creative

Look forward to a heart-opening cocoa ceremony with nourishing ritual cocoa, in which we enjoy mindfully and connect with our heart strength. In guided meditation and musical accompaniment, you are invited to connect with your very personal flow state.

In this lovingly guided ritual, we connect body, mind and soul and invite deep clarity, lightness and creativity to discover the state of flow, both individually and together as a group.

You will then create a personal picture or collage in a relaxed atmosphere. Just let it flow, maybe just without a specific goal, and see what happens. No previous knowledge is required, it is not about perfection, but about the joy of doing something creative.

You have a variety of materials available with which you can paint, glue and doodle. This is the time for your creative expression and the joy of creative flow.

While Wiebke, as an artist, focuses on the space for the creative part, Krischan will lead the cocoa ceremony.

Krischan is a musician and transformation facilitator and has been intensively involved with indigenous cultures, shamanism and the profound meaning of rituals for many years. His music will accompany the ceremony on a deep, lasting level.

Now there is some more information to prepare.

In order to optimally prepare your system for the cocoa ceremony, we recommend that you refrain from eating at least 3 hours in advance and avoid stimulating substances (coffee, green tea, etc.).

Bring your favorite mug and warm socks and remember to have enough water for yourself (cocoa has a detoxifying effect).

If you currently suffer from heart disease, are taking antidepressants or are pregnant, please consult your attending physician or therapist and let us know so that we can adjust the cocoa dose accordingly.
