Discover the most beautiful side of Italy today: The antipasti and appetizer culture. Foccaccia, the Ligurian flatbread, delights children and adults alike with baked olives, tomatoes or even just rosemary. Today, among other things, we will dedicate ourselves to this Italian classic and, following step-by-step instructions from Daniel, we will prepare the following dishes for an Italian feast with a focus on antipasti:
- Focaccia classica
- Caponata Siciliana
- Pomodoro e basilico
- Purea di fagioli bianchi e aglio
- Mandorle al Limone Torta
Look closely at the professional's fingers and cook your own food step by step in your kitchen. Don't hesitate with your questions, ask our experts. While Daniel is cooking with you, he will of course also show you many cooking tricks and explain to you how to ideally store vegetables, cut them correctly and much more.
Expiration:
- In the week before the date of the event, we will send you the shopping list, recipes and zoom link via email.
- We recommend that you buy the ingredients the day before the event and prepare the necessary steps as described on the handouts.
- On the day of the event, you will provide ingredients, equipment and kitchen tools. Don't forget to refrigerate a good bottle of wine, prosecco or juice. Because, as is well known, the pleasure starts with cooking!
