About this class
Looking for colors and new experiences? Then you've come to the right place.
Painting here means brushing paint onto large sheets of paper with brushes, sponges or hands and letting it surprise you. Let go of expectations for a specific outcome and enjoy playing with colors. Because when you can create your pictures without you looking at a specific result, you give yourself inner space. A space for yourself, where you can be who you are right now.
In a small group of a maximum of 4 participants, I personally support and accompany you as you paint and mix colors. You paint on a painting wall that you stand in front of and to which the brush is attached. This gives you more freedom of movement, you can breathe better and spread color on the paper with generous gestures.
What you’ll do in the class
After a short, warm welcome, you get straight to work and immerse yourself in colors and shapes. I'll help you get started, give you impulses and suggestions and support you in every phase of your action.
You try out different ways to add color to the paper and continue with the one that feels best for you. You decide whether you prefer to paint with brushes, sponges or with your hands.
You paint on large, white and very sturdy sheets of paper that are attached directly to the wall. The colors you paint with are completely mixed and, of course, non-toxic gouache paints.
I am available to answer any questions you may have and will help you to mix the desired colors or provide you with suitable tools for your particular needs.
There is a break in the middle of time during which you can rest and have a drink. If there is a need to talk about painting and pictures at the end, we like to do that, but we don't have to.
You can take the pictures that you have painted during this time with you at the end when they have dried somewhat. You can also pick them up later.
Who is the class suitable for?
No previous knowledge is required. For beginners and advanced users alike. Have fun with colors and a bit of curiosity, that's enough!
