The special thing: You will individually coordinate the culinary direction of your event with the team from Über den Tellerrand. Whether Brazilian, Mexican, Egyptian, Syrian or Nigrian — you decide where your taste journey goes. An authentic 3-course meal is prepared. The chef or chefs will decide which specific dishes are on the table — let yourself be surprised!


Sample dishes:

Starters: Hummus, Baba Ghanoush, Foul, Fattoush, Tabbouleh, Mutabal, Fatteh, Ceviche

Main dishes: Ouzi, feijoada, tacos dorados, dambou, fufu, molokhia, mujadarra, kabseh, mahshi

Desserts: Knafeh, Baklava, Date Balls, Agua de Jamaica


Of course, allergies, intolerances or special diets such as vegetarian or vegan are taken into account when necessary. In addition, all drinks are included: Look forward to organic lemonades, spritzers, mate, still or sparkling water, as well as organic red and white wine, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beer.   • Presentation of the chefs with a selection of a culinary region (e.g. Brazil, Mexico, Egypt, Syria, Niger)
  • Cooking a 3-course meal with typical dishes together (see examples below)
  • No fixed menu — surprise from the cooking personality, on request with regard to allergies or special diets
  • Eating & enjoying together with drinks
