About this class

Dive into a three-hour break from everyday life at the Hygge Club, your personal offline retreat every Saturday. In our cozy studio for up to eight people, a pleasant mix of relaxation and creativity awaits you, according to your free feeling. There is no fixed course schedule, but the freedom to do exactly what you want: Whether you indulge in the peace of Yin Yoga, discover your creativity with art materials, or simply practice the art of Niksen — consciously doing nothing and slowing down — you decide! Enjoy a relaxed exchange over a cup of aromatic coffee, tea or warming matcha. Here you will find space for yourself to recharge your batteries and start the new week with inspiration.

What you’ll do in the class

At Hygge Club, there are no fixed rules or fixed course schedules. Imagine walking into a room that is completely focused on your well-being and where you have the freedom to do exactly what you are most excited about.

When you arrive, you will be greeted by a cozy atmosphere and the scent of fresh coffee, tea or matcha:

  • Yin yoga material invites you to dive into a gentle practice and find the silence within yourself. Blankets, pillows and bolsters are provided so you can completely relax.
  • Creative materials such as paints, brushes, paper and other art materials are waiting to be discovered by you. Let your imagination run wild and create something without pressure or guidelines.
  • There are cozy corners that invite you to relax and exchange ideas. Whether you just want to enjoy a matcha in peace, read a book or chat with the other participants — you decide.

The three hours are your time. You can switch from one activity to another as you please. Would you like to paint something first and then do a round of yin yoga? Or would you rather just relax and have a cup of tea? Anything is possible and absolutely welcome. The Hygge Club is your space to feel yourself, escape from everyday life and simply be.

Who is the class suitable for?

The Hygge Club is for everyone who is looking for a conscious break from hectic everyday life and longs for more peace, creativity and genuine exchange. You feel addressed when you:

  • Want to rediscover your creativity: Without pressure or previous knowledge, you can experiment with different art materials and let your imagination run wild.
  • Want to recharge your batteries: The Hygge Club is your place to relax and start the new week with fresh energy.
