Class description
Two relaxing days await you in a small group of around 7 people. We always start the day with a healthy drink, meditation & regenerating yin yoga. In various workshops, you will then learn how to identify and reflect on your stressors & stress enhancers and develop new approaches. The goal of the weekend is: In the end, you know exactly what you can & want to change in your life in order to lead a stress-free life in the long term. On Sunday evening, you also have the opportunity to try out various relaxation tools yourself.

- 10:30 a.m.: Meditation & Yin Yoga
- 12:00: Healthy lunch
- 14:00: “Stressors” workshop
- 4 p.m.: Break/ Walk/ Journaling
- 18:00: “Paint & Flow” workshop
Sonntag
- 10 a.m.: Arrive with matcha, coffee & tea
- 10:30 a.m.: Meditation & Yin Yoga
- 12:00: Healthy lunch
- 14:00: “Stress enhancer” workshop
- 4 p.m.: Break/ Walk/ Journaling

- You have at your disposal: Vitori mat, Shakti mat, infrared, VR meditation, vagus nerve stimulation, etc.
Who should definitely take part?
The sessions are suitable for all levels - you don't need any previous knowledge.
