Alexandra Skirde

Rawchefin Alexandra is known as a blogger and has already published the two books “Powerfood für Deine Organs” and “Keep it Simple”.

She has very successfully completed her studies as a “specialist consultant for holistic health” at the Academy of Naturopathy and acquired the title of “holistic vegan raw chef” at Britta Diana Petri's extremely renowned “Rainbowway Academy”.

She works with holistic doctors and alternative practitioners. With ease, she always creates new delicious vegan and raw vegan recipes and is happy to share her immense expertise: as a speaker at trade fairs, in companies, at events, in coaching, workshops and individual consultations, as well as a member of the expert team of the organic vegan restaurant concept “ALGE”. During her workshops at “Spielfreude” in “mosushi”, you will experience:

- the technique of gourmet raw food

- new taste explosions

- Background knowledge about the effects of vital combinations

All of this in line with their motto “Keep it Simple.”

All ingredients are of course of the best organic quality. In addition to the workshops, there will also be exciting specialist lectures by Alexandra from her “Gourmet Health School” program, e.g. on topics such as: “Anti-aging, clean eating, detox and gourmet - is that possible?” or “sensible alkaline diet - easy to implement inspiration for everyday life.”

In addition, professional chefs have the opportunity to complete the unique concept of “gourmet health chef — new aspects of cooking in balance of valuable nutritional background knowledge paired with culinary taste explosions” here.
