About this class
The barbecue course takes place regularly in Darmstadt. The location offers a relaxed atmosphere, with modern cuisine.
Sample menu:
Starter:
- Grilled and marinated vegetables with balsamic (pre-cut so you can start grilling right away)
- Couscous salad with yoghurt mint dip
- Coleslaw salad
- Mediterranean spaghetti salad
Main course from the grill:
- Vacuum-cooked beef steak (at 58 degrees, approx. 1.5 hours sous vide)
- Salmon cooked in foil with lemon thyme
- Shepherd's cheese with sun-dried tomatoes & olives
- baked potato
Dips:
- curry, chilli, tomato cucumber salsa, herb butter, sour cream with spring leeks
Dessert:
- grilled pineapple with rosemary and chocolate chilli cream

What you’ll do in the class
We grill delicious steaks together, the right sausages are a must, fresh fish, shrimp and, of course, great grilled vegetables. On request, we also offer vegan grilled specialties, of course we also use an extra grill for this.
We also prepare the appropriate salads, dips & plans for a delicious grilled dessert. As always with us, everything as far as possible is seasonal and, if possible, regional.
Pure vegan & vegetarian grill cooking courses are also available for groups or company events, please just let us know in advance, we don't want any surprises. Vegan desired & meat available...
Who is the class suitable for?
The cooking class in Frankfurt is suitable for anyone who enjoys barbecuing. Therefore, even if you are an absolute beginner, you can take part in the course with us. No previous experience is necessary, we will teach you everything you need.
