By designing together, you learn to respond to each other, to allow new perspectives and to surpass yourself as a team.
The end result is not only unique works of art — but also a strengthened sense of unity!
Team building includes the planning and implementation of a graffiti course, during which participants learn the basics of graffiti and hip-hop culture.
To get started and develop individually, each person uses the newly learned knowledge to design a small-format canvas, which can then be taken home.
Furthermore, in order to cultivate team spirit, a large-format area is designed as a team. The participants develop the motive for this during the course.
The workshop can also be held directly at your company.
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome & introduction
- Introduction to graffiti and hip-hop culture
- Presentation of the various techniques and tools
- Elaboration of motives
- Take your own canvas primer with spray cans
- Priming the team image with spray cans
- Preparation of images with acrylic markers
- Completion of pictures & group photo
- Completion of the project
