Enjoy a relaxing evening in good company with French wines, cheese and exciting insights into the world of chansons. After a champagne reception with various Amuses Gueules, you'll taste white wines, accompanied by suitable cheeses. The rosé is served with a fine fennel salami or a mild hard cheese from the French Jura. The evening takes you through red country and AOP wines to a strong chateau wine, combined with a selection of French cheeses — from mild to intense.
In between wine tastings, you'll learn more about two well-known chanson singers, their stories and works. Gisèle complements the evening with selected songs, which she sings live.
