About this class
I'll show you how to cast your own coasters out of epoxy resin. You also have the option to water a wine glass holder. These are the well-known trays that you hang on the neck of the bottle and a wine glass or champagne glass comes in right and left. You can use these as a crockery rack or jewelry rack. You can either pour them all the same or similarly, or you can get creative and design them all very differently.
We sit down together, think of colors, dried flowers, gold leaf, silver... anything your heart desires. I'll explain to you how to make one out of two components.
In this workshop, you will learn how to connect the components together, how to shape and color them. We work with different colors and will just let them run wild.

This workshop is suitable for ages 12 and up.
During the workshop, you can fill 4 different shapes. I will provide you with all the materials you need and I will provide you with tips and tricks.
The workshop lasts approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.
The workshops take place in my shop at Höhenstraße 50. There will be snacks and drinks before and after. During the workshop, we will wear masks and protective clothing. This will also be provided to you.
During this workshop, you will learn the basic technique. We mix in the epoxy resin together and mix individual colors. Safety goggles, mask and apron will be provided.
The molds must dry or harden for 24-48 hours. You can then pick them up, or I'll send them to you if you're not close by.
What you’ll do in the class
You arrive comfortably and can then immediately tie on your borrowed apron and familiarize yourself with the materials. Think about which shape and color you want to use. Then I'll give you a brief explanation and safety instructions and you can get started right away.
Who is the class suitable for?
For everyone over 16 and who has no problem wearing an FFP2 mask for 2-3 hours in a row.
