About this class
Everything about the self-catering garden:
What to do in the garden at this time of year? What can I grow, harvest and process? You will learn all this and more in this workshop.
After the course, everyone can take home not only knowledge, but also the products created during the workshop.
This workshop is offered again and again throughout the year, with the content constantly changing to suit the season. You also have the option to book a reduced annual subscription, in which you take part in 10 gardening year workshops throughout the year.
What you’ll do in the class
During a short tour of our 1400m² garden, I will show you the most important steps at this time of year. I'll show you what work needs to be done in the perennial and vegetable patch and what you can plant and maybe harvest at this time of year. Our chickens will accompany us.
You can then become active in the garden workshop by planting your desired vegetables, growing cuttings and being creative.
We also process harvested products. Pastes, oils, teas, ointments or other goodies can be produced here.
In each workshop, we take a short break to fortify ourselves with a homemade, seasonal finger food platter. Here I process products from the garden whenever possible.
There is also a welcome drink and you can help yourself at the candy bar and drinks of your choice at any time.
You'll then go home with new knowledge and something you've created yourself.
Who is the class suitable for?
Everyone who likes to try something new, is more or less creative and needs a little break. It is also suitable for people who like to meet new people.
