About this class
In this course, you will learn to draw boldly with a pencil. It's not about a photorealistic drawing, but about your own line! We practice learning how to see and how you sign something.
In my opinion, you first have to dare to just get started and accept imperfect drawings. That's when you have the courage to try out more and more. After that, you want to get better and better. Loose drawings, which I can laugh about from time to time, have helped me move forward.
What you’ll do in the class
We'll start with some drawing relaxation exercises so that your wrist is free.
We draw with various materials to move the focus away from pure pencil.
We draw with left and right and with our eyes closed. These are all good exercises to get you started.
We draw strange things and above all we want to practice drawing without pressure and without perfectionism.
