What you’ll do in the class
Roots & Wings — Realignment at the start of spring
At the beginning of spring, we consciously take time to pause and realign ourselves. When light and darkness are in balance, there is a powerful moment for new beginnings and inner growth.
In this Vision Circle, we first connect with our roots through gentle grounding meditation — with what supports, strengthens and supports us. In mindful self-reflection, we look at where you are currently standing and where you want to orient yourself — your wings.
Without pressure and without to-do lists, there is room for clarity, inner connection and a vision that will really carry you through the coming months.
As a symbolic act, we plant a small plant together — as a sign of your growth, direction and trust that everything will flourish at the right time.
An evening for awareness, grounding and powerful realignment.
