About this class
This course is particularly suitable for teachers who have just applied for funding or need to prepare project documentation.
The training shows simple and practical ways to capture lessons and projects with photography. You will also get ideas on how you can make such documentation yourself with your classes in the future.
The starting point of this course is your own school, your own lessons. Together, we analyse which technical equipment is already available at your school, evaluate its possible uses and identify which devices and programs are particularly suitable for photographic documentation.
A central concern is the sensitive and responsible use of students' personal rights: We shed light on legal principles in detail, provide practical advice on the protection of personal rights and discuss challenges in everyday school life.
What you’ll do in the class
I come to your school on Fridays. I take pictures in class and of projects. After class, there is a short impulse workshop in which I show examples of best practice and explore the question of how it is possible to document educational processes myself photographically.
A week later, you'll get the photos I took. This not only gives you practical ideas, but also photographic documentation of your work.
Who is the class suitable for?
Experienced teachers as well as beginners are invited, anyone who is learning and relearning, enjoys teaching, rethinking school or refining teaching methods and thinking about lessons and constantly questioning and reinventing lessons.
