About this class
Would you like to cook more yourself or simply eat better? Do you need new ideas, a few basics, would you like to build up a basic repertoire or expand it? You can only invest a little time, do you want to cook efficiently and yet deliciously and consciously?
What is the process?
- Here you will be presented with ideas and food basics, which foods provide you with energy and brainpower and support you in your demanding everyday life
- You will receive lots of suggestions on how to make your daily kitchen more varied and conscious, but always easy and quick
- We cook many different dishes (all vegetarian), all recipes can then be varied several times at home, you will receive suggestions in the script
- Practical shopping tips and a master plan for clever basic ingredients will equip you optimally for the stressful everyday life that is sure to come back
- And then you'll be well prepared!
What do we learn in your courses?
- You will learn about the various ingredients that make the food tasty, the right seasoning with a variety of spices and lots of fresh herbs
- We use food that you've always wondered what it's all about
- Here, for example, quinoa, bulgur, red lentils, various types of vegetables or dates/cocoa and pomegranates
- Get inspired for a basic repertoire so that you can then simply and easily whip up your meal every day in 15 — 30 minutes
- Always fresh & natural and therefore simply healthy & really delicious!
SAMPLE MENU:
- Real green smoothie
- Two kinds of red lentil soup with vegetables
- Sheep cheese and halloumi with Mediterranean baked vegetables, sweet potato, pumpkin and potato wedges
- Fennel and orange salad
- Mediterranean legume salad and couscous salad
- Quinoa fritters with quick yoghurt dip
- Chutney and tapenade
- Energy balls made from dates and raw cocoa
What you’ll do in the class
We start with a delicious aperitif and discuss the basics of the course.
In doing so, I also respond to the wishes and expectations that the course participants have come with and adapt my information accordingly.
Then we briefly go through all the recipes and can address special features such as incompatibilities/allergies or the like one last time, and plan how we will take them into account. You can then divide yourself into groups and spread out to the prepared work tables and shopping carts.
We always cook a lot of dishes that you can make yourself, of course with a little help and guidance from me... But everyone always gets everything, as I always put everyone together for the most important things.
We cook in two rounds: After the first round, we eat the starter, then we finish the remaining dishes and then eat them together as a buffet.
The whole thing is of course accompanied by relaxed music and delicious drinks.
