Class description
Fish and seafood are light, healthy and simply delicious. Would you like to cook a whole fish more often or venture into scallops, shrimps and the like, but you lack the necessary experience of preparation? After our fish and seafood cooking class, that too will be easy for you. Cook delicious fish and seafood and enjoy the light and healthy diversity of the sea.
How does the course work?
Your event starts with a glass of wine or, alternatively, sparkling prosecco and lets you arrive relaxed. Non-alcoholic wine and grape secco are also always chilled.
After a few explanations and a menu discussion, it's time to start. In relaxed groups at the cooking stations, the individual courses of the menu are prepared independently under professional guidance. Complex steps are demonstrated and work processes are explained. After cooking, we eat together. You will receive useful tips and learn great recipes while cooking! After the course, you will receive all recipes via email so that nothing stands in the way of effortless reprocessing at home.
