And best of all, you can join in from the comfort of your own home. You brew with your own equipment.
Exclusive and exciting insights into my coffee trips
Benefit from the experiences I have on my coffee trip. Where does coffee grow? How does coffee cultivation differ in the different growing countries? How does the coffee get into our cup? What influence does climate have on coffee production?
This is what you can expect in the live course:
Coffee knowledge for beginners: I explain what makes good coffee, what role bean quality and roasting play, and why water quality is so important.
Find the right balance: How much coffee do you need? What is the optimal amount of water? I'll show you how to find the perfect balance for your taste.
The basics of extraction: Why is your coffee sometimes too bitter or too watery? You'll learn what you need to pay attention to in order to achieve harmonic extraction.
Equipment check: hand filter, AeroPress or French press? I'll show you the advantages and disadvantages of the most common preparation methods and help you choose the best one for you.
Practical instructions: We'll go through the correct preparation step by step so that by the end of the course you'll know how to brew delicious filter coffee every day.
