About this class
In the Kids creative laboratory, young artists can fully develop and express their creativity with watercolors. As the mother of a 3-year-old daughter and with over 5 years of experience in childcare, which focused on creative craft projects, I know how important it is to support children in their creative development. My goal is to offer children a special artistic experience that is not only fun but also makes them proud of their results — an important step for their creative development!
Registration is valid for one child and one accompanying person with legal guardian.
What you’ll do in the class
- Painting with watercolors: In the creative laboratory, we work with professional watercolors to produce intense, bright colors. I have found from my own experience that children enjoy these high-quality paints much more, as they can achieve more vivid results than with the well-known watercolors, which often have little color power.
- Individual design with stencils: So that every child can take home a result that they are proud of, I have developed a solution: We use stencils that are easy to apply and provide the child with a clear structure. There are various shapes to choose from, such as stars, hearts or flowers — so every child can create a unique work of art.
- Creative time as needed: The length of creative time varies depending on the child. Some children can spend an entire hour painting, others need shorter phases.
Who is the class suitable for?
This course is aimed at children (approx. 2-6 years) who want to get creative together with a guardian accompanying person. The accompanying person can of course also swing with the brush and create a work of art together with the child. This makes the workshop a special shared experience.
Recommended age: The child should be able to hold a brush and concentrate on painting for at least 10-15 minutes. Of course, legal guardians are best placed to assess whether their child is ready. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have and provide you with individual advice.
