About this class
In this special nude drawing workshop in Rosenheim, women work together to create a safe space in which they meet each other without evaluation. With calming tea, soft music and a trusting start, you'll rediscover your body — powerfully, genuinely and beautifully. Step by step, we approach body drawing until real nude studies are created. This not only creates drawings, but also a new, appreciative look at yourself and others.
What you’ll do in the class
At the beginning of the workshop, we take time to arrive: In a quiet atmosphere with tea and music, we get to know each other in a short round of introductions. Together, we will clarify what this workshop is about — mindful vision, respect and the opportunity to perceive yourself and others without judgment. A brief introduction to the process and a clear agreement on confidentiality, voluntariness and mutual respect create a safe space right from the start.
To get started, we start with simple, playful drawing exercises that make us relaxed and help us take the pressure off. With small sketches, we warm up by drawing and activate the joy of seeing and finding lines.
We will then focus on initial body studies with clothing. In pairs of two, we stage each other — sitting, from behind or wearing a loose towel. In this way, we approach the topic carefully and can build trust in ourselves, the group and the drawing process.
In the main part of the workshop, if you want, we go one step further: First nude sketches of real women are created in a respectful atmosphere — without ideal, without judgment. Each participant decides for herself whether and how she wants to show herself: with a towel, completely naked or just for a specific pose. The poses alternate in duration and perspective — short sketches alternate with longer drawing units. The focus is on conscious vision, not on “evaluation.” What is visible is diversity, authenticity and strength.
After this intensive phase, we will take a break together with tea, snacks and an open exchange. If you want, you can share your impressions or thoughts — everything is allowed, nothing must.
Finally, there is the opportunity to show drawings, to formulate thoughts or simply to reflect silently. Every woman takes home her work and perhaps also a new look at herself.
Who is the class suitable for?
Women who want to try themselves out creatively and rethink a lived image of beauty and idealism.

When we work creatively, we create something unique and personal. With every creative work, we once again perform a creative act. Time seems to stand still for a few hours — or has passed in no time at all.
