What you’ll do in the class
The course lasts around three hours, during which professional bartenders will show you how to mix the perfect cocktail.
- In a short theory unit, our professional bartenders will first present the creation and development of the cocktail
- You'll learn something about the ingredients needed to make cocktails and bar equipment
- You will learn how to handle a shaker, bottles and other bar equipment
- As well as the free hand pouring (ambidextrous) of certain liquids in the appropriate quantities
- A total of at least 12 cocktails & 1 shot are mixed
- Each participant tastes all 13 prepared drinks (classics, exotics & own creations) and prepares at least 3 drinks themselves
What is included in the class?
- Welcome drink: prosecco, long drink or beer
- About 25 min of theory with bar tips
- 2.5 hours of hands-on mixing practice
- Course materials by email with recipes and shopping list
