Tauche ein in die Welt der Cocktails und lerne, wie Du Dich als Anfänger an Cocktails heranwagen kannst. In einer kurzen Theorieeinheit wird zunächst die Entstehung und Entwicklung des Cocktails vorgestellt, inklusive der benötigten Zutaten zur Cocktailzubereitung und dem Barequipment. Es wird das ein oder andere „Bargeheimnis“ verraten und bei Deiner ersten Cocktailparty wirst Du mit Sicherheit Deine Gäste ins Staunen versetzen.
Dann wirst Du auch schon aktiv! Du lernst das Handling mit einem Shaker, den Flaschen und dem weiteren Barequipment sowie das frei Hand gießen (beidhändig) bestimmter Flüssigkeiten in den entsprechenden Mengen. Im Anschluss erfährst Du bei der Zubereitung von 13 verschiedenen Cocktails, wie auch Du demnächst in der Lage bist, einen Mai Tai selber zu mixen, welcher übrigens übersetzt heißt: Mai Tai - „Nicht von dieser Welt - Das Beste“. Unser 3-stündiger Kurs ist ein Event gepackt in einen Cocktailkurs - lassen auch Du Dich - wie die bereits aus ganz Deutschland und Teilen Europas angereisten Teilnehmer - begeistern!
Nach diesem Kurs wirst Du aus einem völlig neuen Blickwinkel Deinen nächsten Cocktail genießen. Du erhältst im Anschluss an den Cocktailkurs Unterlagen mit Rezepturen der im Kurs gelernten Cocktails und Shots, Literatur- & Barempfehlungen sowie eine Einkaufsliste mit Angabe von Geschäften bzw. Internetadressen, um das notwendige Barequipment und die benötigten Zutaten preisgünstig zu erwerben.
Inhalt und Ablauf des 3-stündigen Cocktailkurses:
- Begrüßungsdrink (Prosecco/Longdrink/Bier) genießen und ca. 25 Minuten Theorie inklusive dem ein oder anderen Bargeheimnis erleben
- 2,5 Stunden Praxis - aktives Üben der Mixtechniken Shaken, Rühren, Abseihen und der Umgang mit dem Elektro-Mixer sowie bestimmte Flüssigkeiten in den entsprechenden Mengen ein- und beidhändig frei Hand gießen lernen und
- 11 ausgewählte Cocktails (auf Wunsch 6 alkoholfrei möglich) und 2 Shots professionell zubereiten und mixen - jeder Teilnehmer verkostet alle 13 zubereiteten Drinks (Klassiker, Exoten & Eigenkreationen) und bereitet selber mindestens 3 Drinks zu
- Aushändigung einer Cocktailrezeptur- & Einkaufsliste (Cocktailrezepturen, Literaturempfehlungen & eine Einkaufsliste)
How does the course work?
Der Kurs geht etwa drei Stunden, in denen Dir von professionellen Barkeepern gezeigt wird, wie Du den perfekten Cocktail mixt.
- In einer kurzen Theorieeinheit wird von unseren professionellen Barkeepern zunächst die Entstehung und Entwicklung des Cocktails vorgestellt
- Du erfährst etwas über die benötigten Zutaten zur Cocktailzubereitung und dem Barequipment
- Du lernst das Handling mit einem Shaker, den Flaschen und dem weiteren Barequipment
- Sowie das frei Hand gießen (beidhändig) bestimmter Flüssigkeiten in den entsprechenden Mengen
- Es werden insgesamt mindestens 12 Cocktails & 1 Shot gemixt
- Jede/r Teilnehmer*in verkostet alle 13 zubereiteten Drinks (Klassiker, Exoten & Eigenkreationen) und bereitet selber mindestens 3 Drinks zu

Der Cocktailkurs richtet sich an Anfänger, die noch keine Erfahrung im Umgang mit Cocktail mixen haben, als auch an Fortgeschrittene, die ihr Wissen vertiefen möchten. Wir zeigen Dir alle Tipps und Tricks, wie Du den perfekten Cocktail selber machen kannst. Du solltest zudem ein Faible für Alkohol und einen Blick fürs Detail haben.
