Treat yourself to a conscious break from everyday life and discover proven relaxation techniques in a calm, appreciative atmosphere.
In this 5-hour course for beginners, you will learn autogenic training, elements of progressive muscle relaxation and meditation and can try everything out right away.
The course offers space to arrive, let go and recharge — ideal for anyone who is experiencing relaxation for the first time or is looking for new ways to achieve greater inner peace.
What you’ll do in the class
- Arrive briefly and get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere
- Introduction to the course schedule and the various relaxation techniques
- Trying progressive muscle relaxation together
- A break for exchange, discussion and personal follow-up
- Autogenic training combined with meditation and mindfulness exercises
- Joint lunch break as a takeaway buffet, to which everyone is happy to contribute
- You mix your very own aroma oil in a provided aroma oil roller, then we will anchor your scent in a guided meditation
- Time for rest, relaxation and mindful togetherness
- Final round to exchange experiences, impressions and open questions
