Class description

Do you love German cuisine but would rather avoid meat? In this online cooking class, I'll show you how to prepare classic German vegetarian dishes without sacrificing flavor. Together we make delicious lentils with spaetzle, a refreshing cucumber and dill salad and a sweet apple strudel. During the course, you are also welcome to ask me questions about other vegetarian dishes that you might want to try out. You will receive the shopping list in good time before the event, and if you don't find or don't like an ingredient, I'll be happy to help you with alternatives.
