About this class
Experience a cocktail class in Hamburg-Altona and dive into the world of mixology! In around 3 hours, you will learn how to mix and garnish classic and modern cocktails yourself under professional guidance. The course combines profession, fun and taste: You actively mix in, learn exciting stories from bar culture and enjoy your creations in a relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for afterwork, birthdays, JGAs, or as a gift for friends and family.
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome with a freshly mixed drink to start.
- Introduction to the history and basics of cocktail culture.
- Under guidance, you will actively mix approx. 4-5 exciting cocktails yourself.
- You'll learn techniques such as shaking, stirring, and garnishing.
- Expert tips on ingredients, proportions, and perfect serving methods.
- Finally, you will receive a handout with recipes to make at home.
During our cocktail course, we want to mix as many different drinks as possible with you. We try the bar's most important spirits, show you the various preparation methods and always have classics with us.
An example of the five cocktails could look like this: Aperitif Cocktail, Whiskey Sour, Dark and Stormy, Gimlet, Gin Basil Highball.
