“Breathe into Self-Love” is a deeply transformative breath journey for women who long for more self-love, inner balance and connection to their feminine essence.

In a small, sheltered room with an exclusive atmosphere, you can let go of what keeps you small — and remember who you are again:

Through conscious breathing, targeted music and deep impulses, you will:

How does this experience take place?
The course is structured in a clear and mindful way:
Arrive: We start off quietly, with time to land in space and in our own body.
Breath journey: A guided Breathwork Journey helps you release tension, build inner stability and embody presence.
Integration: After the breathing phase, there is room to explore and integrate.
Sharing (if required): If you want, you can share experiences — all voluntarily, without pressure.
Everything happens at your own pace and in a safe environment.
Who is it suitable for
This course is suitable for women over 12 years of age.
No previous Breathwork experience is required.
The journey is aimed at women who:
- Often just “function” in everyday life
- have put themselves and their needs behind for too long
- are stressed, unbalanced, or exhausted
- want to rediscover or deepen their femininity
- Seek a real connection with yourself
Important note about contraindications:
Breathwork is a powerful method. Participation is not recommended for:
- pregnancy
- serious cardiovascular diseases
- severe respiratory diseases
- epilepsy or aneurysms
- acute mental health crises or severe trauma sequelae
- untreated severe high blood pressure

I am Nicole — Feminine Breathwork Coach. In my breathing sessions and workshops, you will learn how to use your breath to release stress and tension and get back to yourself. Physically noticeable, suitable for everyday use and in a safe, value-free space — without pressure to perform, without esotericism.
