Content of our brewing course:

What you’ll do in the class
We start together at 8:00 and dive straight into the world of beer brewing. After a brief greeting, it's straight to the first step: preparing and mashing malt. The entire brewing process takes around six hours, during which we experience both the theoretical basics and the practical steps of brewing step by step.
In the morning, our beer sommelier provides sensory training. In doing so, we taste different beer styles, talk about their characteristics and learn to recognize typical and unwanted aromas.
For lunch, we enjoy a regional menu, freshly prepared for our group by our chef. After the meal, we transfer the freshly brewed wort to the fermentation tank together. This is the end of Brewing Day — packed with knowledge, taste experiences and genuine brewing practice.
